Don’t eat in front of the TV while watching football. You will mindlessly overeat.
Go slow. Talk with family in between bites. It’s not a race. Enjoy the time home.
Stop when you’re full. Don’t go for seconds if you don’t want them.
Don’t go and do a workout after if you’ve eaten. Enjoy it and tomorrow go hard and back to moderate eating.
Be thankful you have food to eat on Thanksgiving.
Drink water in between courses and drink small sips with your food.
